Gantry is often used in LED stage lights, print, billboard,roof truss construction , linear array stereo,truss system building etc., but how to build a frame which is  good  in

use? Method is as follows:

Building a gantry you need prepare the following materials:

2 pieces of aluminum truss stand , the length can be according to your actual needs, generally 3 to 8 meters,also need a period of aluminum alloy beams, two side cover, cross arm, bottle gourd, the head, base, condole belt, eight oblique support, screws, etc.

Steps:
1, put two bases on the selected location
2, put the head set on the base
3, good with inclined to support the head
4, put the condom at the end of the two columns
5, put the  cross bar at the top of the columns
6, take the two parties set the install link beams
7, install the column links to the head
8, hand chain hoist column, beam rises until fully set up and in the end the installation is complete


Note: Aluminum truss column usually used for 300 mm * 300 mm, truss beams if hang something not very heavy, you can choose 300 mm * 300 mm, if the span or hang something heavy, can choose 400 mm - 500 mm, or choose a larger specification!
